Maple Leaf Cheese Cooperative

Founded in 1910, the cooperative produces a wide variety of specialty cheeses under the scrutiny of a Wisconsin Master Cheesemaker, who has been recognized with national awards. A new family of fruit cheeses include: Cranberry, Cherry and Blueberries. Other varieties include True Bleu, a blending of Blue cheese and award-winning Aged Cheddar and a new line, Yogurt Cheese, in a variety of flavors such as Fiesta Pepper, Tomato and Basil, Jalapeño and Classic Original.
