Montforte - WFU Specialty Cheese Company Wisconsin Farmers Union Specialty Cheese Company produces award-winning Montforte Blue and Gorgonzola cheeses. With its mellow tangy flavor and soft green veining, Italia-styled Montforte Gorgonzola claimed first in its class at the 2006 World Cheese Championship. Montforte Blue, with its peppery piquant flavor and classic blue marbling, received first place in the 2006 American Cheese Society competition.
