Bleu Mont Dairy The Swiss-American cheesemaker and owner at Bleu Mont brings his experience of Alpine cheesemaking to a collection of memorable cheeses. Made in small, well-tended batches, these complex, full-bodied cheeses reflect the mountain tradition of using only organic milk from pastured cows. Bleu Mont's artisan and cave-aged varieties include a delicate, nutty Swiss, as well as a Bandaged Cheddar (English Style), waxed and surface cured Gouda, Raw Milk Cheddar, and Driftless Select Earth Schmier, pungent and soft-bodied.
