Founded in 1939, the company recently acquired Antigo Foods. The award-winning artisan craftsmanship of the Antigo plant is evidenced by the achievements of Stravecchio Parmesan - a uniquely complex cheese featuring sweet and buttery notes complemented by the characteristic nuttiness of a premium Parmesan.
