A truly innovative enterprise, Specialty Cheese Company makes more than 30 varieties of Indian, Hispanic and Middle Eastern cheeses, as well as award-winning Brick and Muenster. Specialties include: Paneer, an Indian cheese similar to pressed Ricotta; Khoa, an Indian cheese from concentrated milk mixed with butter oil; Queso Blanco con Frutas, a Latin-style cheese with pieces of pineapple and mango to give a refreshing, sweet taste; Jibneh Basket Cheese/Tooma, a milk cheese found throughout the Middle East; Kenafa, an unsalted, very fresh, soft cheese that melts very easily, and Naboulsi, a salty, fresh brined cheese.
