Butler Farms

Butler Farms is one of the first licensed Grade A sheep dairies in the United States. The dairy's Camembert is made from sheep's milk and cow's cream with a light mold rind and rich, creamy texture. Other cheeses include Aged Tomme, a sheep's milk cheese with a white mold rind, Fresh Brèbis, a sheep's milk cheese with a milder flavor and creamy spreadability, similar to goat chevre and Feta, made from sheep's milk.
